Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is any type of issue with your order please email us proof of discrepancies. If your order is returned minus the shipping cost or offer a reshipment of your order plus the additional shipping fee.
If you entered the incorrect address when checking out, you have 24 hours to contact us at [email protected]. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to [email protected]. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been
submitted we can not guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified.
Due to t the quality assurance of our production and delivery process, please, allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped, Thank you.
All claims involving lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be resolved with USPS directly. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait for 24 to 48 hours for your tracking status to be updated. If you have received a tracking number but there are no movements, you may contact
us after 48 hours of receiving your tracking.
